“Big Tuna” Sandwich

You asked for it, so here it is. The recipe that started the nickname I never wanted.

Ingredients
- 1 can (6 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 slices bread
Instructions
- Toast bread (optional)
- In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread tuna mixture on 2 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
