French Toast

Whenever I am overwhelmingly stressed out, I follow the same self soothing ritual. It doesn’t matter who is around. Wearing only my plush robe and crocs, I make my way to the kitchen. My Foreman Grill is usually in my bedroom but I got tired of running up and down the stairs with it so I bought another one for the kitchen. There are no answers to the pressing questions, no underwear, no winners, no losers… just French toast. Lots and Lots of French Toast.

Pam was also there.

Ingredients

  • 32 eggs
  • 32 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 8 cups milk
  • 128 slices bread

Instructions

  • beat together the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in large mixing bowl
  • Stir in milk **take caution to not spill mixture on your crocs
  • Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly
  • Cook bread slices on lightly greased Foreman Grill on medium heat until browned on both sides
  • If you’re not crisis baking then divide recipe by 32. That will make 4 servings.
