Jim’s Famous Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Making grilled cheese doesn’t require much skill or effort. And that’s why I love it. But this recipe isn’t really about the recipe, it’s about my first “date” with Pam. I was never more excited to put not much effort in to something before.

Ingredients:

From the office fridge grab:

• White sandwich bread
• Butter
• American Cheese

Instructions

• Butter the outside of both slices of bread and fill the center with American cheese.
• Bake in the convection oven until both sides are golden brown
• Impress the receptionist. Eventually, marry her.
