Master Cleanse Juice

All you have to do is drink maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and water for all three meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Valley organic maple syrup (Dark & Robust)
  • 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz warm water (fresh spring or filtered)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and consume immediately.
Do Not Do This. To be safe, whatever Kelly Kapoor does, just do the opposite. Always.
